1) ARTS SOCIETY

There shall be a Arts  society of the college which will be called as  U.N. college Arts  Society / KALASANSAD. This society is managed and controlled by Executive Body.

EXECUTIVE BODY

a)         The chairman- Principal (Ex-officio)

b)         The Vice-chairman

c)         Advisor

d)         Programme co-ordinator.

e)         Seminar- in- charge

f)         Treasurer

g)         Secretary – To be nominated by students

h)         Class representatives (one from each class)

AIMS

Arts society aims  at fulfilling following objectives.

a)      To welcome the fresher with usual customs and tradition

b)     To arrange debates, discussion, seminar and other competitions among students.

c)     Invite leading personalities to address the members of the society.

d)     To organize picnic and study tour.

e)     To  promote the spirit of friendship & goodwill.

2) COMMERCE  SOCIETY

There shall be a commerce society in which all the students of commerce faculty of this college  will be the members.  There shall be a Executive committee consisting of following

a)      Principal – President

b)     HOD  Commerce-  Vice- President

c)     Programme co-ordinator

d)     Secretary

e)     Assistant Secretary 

The objective of commerce society are as follows:

a)         To promote the spirit of fellowship

b)         To organize welcome ceremony, farewell ceremony and Annual Day.

c)         To arrange competition among students

d)         To organize picnic and study tour. 

3. SCIENCE SOCIETY

The science society of the college will be called as SCIENCE SOCIETY in which all the members of staff and student of science department of both +2 &+3 streams will be the members of the society. It is managed  by  a Executive Body consisting of following:

d)         Programme co-ordinator

g)         Asst. Secretary

h)         Class representatives

The aims and objective of science society will be the following.

4)  SAHITYA PARISHAD

The college has a literary society called SAHITYA PARISHAD, U.N. COLLEGE, ADASPUR. All the confide students of +2and +3 classes are members of this society. Its executive body includes 

a)         President- Principal

b)         Vice-president-( All Head of Language Dept)

c)         Advisor

d)         Secretary

e)         Convener

f)         Treasurer

The society aims at promoting literary activities, organizing seminar, Kabita Asara, releasing wall- Magazine and encouraging students to develop literary skill.

5)  PLANNING FORUM

The name of this society shall be U,N.  college planning Forum All the students and members of staff of the college shall be its members. The management of the affairs of Planning Forum shall be vested with  Executive committee consisting of

a)         President- Principal

b)         Vice- President –HOD Economics

c)         Co-ordinator- Teacher in-charge of Economics Seminar.

d)         Associate member – (HOD Commerce, statistics and mathematics)

e)         Secretary

The objectives of this society are to circulate information about economic planning in India, to create awareness about five-year plans, to undertake symposia, debates, essay competitions, Seminars to study Economic and social conditions of Orissa and so on.

d) To organize seminars for  Honours students.

e) To conduct surveys. 

f) To conduct study tour and picnic.

g) To undertake co-curricular activities.

6)  ALUMNI SOCIETY

The old Boys association is remodeled as ALUMNI ASSOCIATION.   To bridge the gap between old students and present students of this institution. The objectives of the association is to provide opportunities for social inter-course and to promote friendly relation between alumni and the present student and members of the staff of the college. It enable the old boys to take an active interest in the welfare of their almamater as a centre of excellence in learning. All past students, past and present teacher sand past and present members of its Governing Body shall be the eligible for the member of this society. There shall be an annual re-union of the members of society and present student and members of the staff. The management of society is managed by an Executive Body comprising of
